Top 7 FS22 Tedder Mods
A tedder has one mission in Farming Simulator 22. It’s used to turn cut grass into hay. If you do dairy farming in the game, it’s a must-have tool.
The base game tedders we got with FS22 are good, but there are even better mods out there. Here are some of the best FS22 tedder mods right now:
1. Pöttinger HIT 690 N
The Pöttinger HIT 690 N is the most popular and best-liked tedder in 2022 for Farming Simulator 22. I’m not surprised that so many players enjoy the tool. It’s a piece of modding art.
One cool feature is that you can swivel the tedder. It makes use of three work modes:
- Left.
- Right.
- And centered.
This feature makes more sense in real-life farming; it doesn’t significantly affect the grass in the game. However, it’s cool that the modder has incorporated it.
- You can buy an extra wheel for the front of the frame.
- There are a couple of color options for the rotor heads.
- Different configurations for warning lights and signs.
- There are also options for controlling the spreading of the grass (this has no function in the game, though.)
The Pöttinger tedder offers so much enjoyment. The 3D model is brilliant and detailed. It even has cable ties for many of the electrical cables. The textures look stunning, and all the animations and sound effects are amazing.

2. Kverneland 85112
The Kverneland 85112 tedder mod is one of the largest tools in its category. You can do more in less time with a working width of more than 11 meters.
This Kverneland tedder first found its way to the Farming Simulator universe as part of the Kverneland and Vicon Equipment Pack DLC for FS19.
Since then, the 3D model has received stunning upgrades; it looks and sounds terrific.
Are you a fan of customizing FS22 vehicles and machinery? Then you might be disappointed when entering the shop. There is nothing to add, remove or customize for the Kverneland tedder.
I’m not complaining. I’m happy that we have tedders in FS22 that cuts down on time spent in the fields.

3. Fella Sanos 8608 DN
The Fella Sanos 8608 DN tedder is part of the fantastic Fella Grassland Equipment pack created by VertexDezign. The collection consists of two mowers, two swathers, and one of the best tedders for FS22.
The tedder is one of the fastest of its kind in the game. It throws up the grass at a speed of 18 kilometers per hour, 11 miles per hour.
There are some options in the shop for the Fella tedder:
- You can buy a wheel for the front of the mainframe.
- It’s also possible to add flashers and other lights to the frame.
The 3D model is stunningly rich in detail. I also enjoy all the animations, the sound effects, and the level of detail we get with this mod.
It’s undoubtedly one of the game’s best replicas of European hay-creating equipment.
Fella Sanos 8608 DN Quick Facts

4. Vicon Fanex 604
Here you have the Vicon Fanex 604 tedder mod for Farming Simulator 22, created by Giants Software.
The Fanex 604 is the smaller brother to the Fanex 904 model that came with the launch of Farming Simulator 22.
In true Giants fashion, there is nothing to configure inside the shop for the Vicon tedder.
Some players are critical of Giants demanding other modders to add options to Modhub mods but not doing so themselves. I guess that’s one of the perks of developing and publishing their own game…
Once again, the 3D modeling is outstanding. The tedder has so many lovely details. The sound effects are also top-notch. I love all the clanking sounds this little tool creates.

5. Elho TR300
The Elho TR300 tedder mod for FS22 is an exciting piece of equipment. The real-world version is used to loosen swaths up to 3 meters wide.
In FS22, it has much of the same functionality. In addition, it’ll turn grass into hay. It’s perfect for creating hay swaths from grass swaths while leaving them intact.
You can change the width of the swaths the tedder will create from 0.5–2.75 meters. However, I couldn’t really see any difference in the swath width until I maxed out the width.
There is nothing to configure inside the shop. No add-ons and no reasons for tweaking the tedder.
I don’t mind. I find the functionality of the tedder so good; it doesn’t matter that I can’t change how It looks.

6. Massey Ferguson TD 868 DN
Here you have the Massey Ferguson TD 868 DN tedder mod for FS22. It’s a repainted, rebranded version of the Kuhn GF 8712 that was released with the game.
Even though a Kuhn model is the base for the MF tedder, it looks quite a lot like the real-world TD series tedders built at the Fella factory in Germany.
There is nothing to play around with inside the shop. If you buy the Massey Ferguson tedder, that is what you get. Just the tedder, no fancy gimmicks.
I live fine without customization options. I’m just happy we have more Massey Ferguson equipment in the game.

7. Vermeer TD100
The gorgeous Vermeer TD100 is one of the smallest tedder mods you can get for Farming Simulator 22. Yes, I know it’s tiny, but it’s really an excellent addition to the Vermeer DLC we got in 2022.
This is another FS22 equipment mod that offers no options for configurations in the shop. What you get is what you see: A small, but still effective tedder.
The 3D model is good. The textures are nice. There’s not much more to say other than I know many sim farmers playing on American and Canadian maps love it! I do too.
